Downstairs, with separate entry is a 1 bedroom apartment with daybed. This unit has 1 bathroom and kitchenette.

These units are available separately or combine them together to have a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You can sleep up to 9 people (6 up and 3 down) in this home. It is so versatile, it is also perfect for a single’s or couple’s getaway.

Large colorful tiled hot water showers, A/C in bedrooms, howler monkeys and lots of soul. This home is very “family / girlfriend friendly.” Near great restaurants and bars (but not TOO close!), plus nearby horseback riding, ATV and bike rentals and local surf breaks. This is a much more tranquil location than being down in the dust and noise of the main beach area, and we also have a sitting pool to refresh yourself or just relax in with a tropical drink

The property manager lives nearby and can assist with your travel plans and sights to see. Weekly maid service included with rental. Laundry & additional maid service is available upon request.

Rentals are available for minimum of 3 nights… long term inquiries will be considered.

The house is secluded, yet easily accessible, 2 min. walk to the Boca (rivermouth beach) and LaGarta Lodge (scenic view restaurant), 15 min to Playa Pelada, Pancho’s, La Luna and Olga’s. A car or ATV is necessary for trips to village and most Playa Guiones area restaurants. Until confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice.
