With its gorgeous, top floor ocean views from the top of the hill above Playa Pelada and the high quality furnishings, “Banda” is the crown of the “Casa Banda” group.

With windows on all sides and many fans, there is always a cooling breeze, but air conditioning is also available, at additional cost. This is the private apartment of the owners and it is equipped with the many little extras that make life very comfortable, like high speed internet connection for your lap top by LAN cable.

Whether you are a family of four or two couples, the place offers privacy for everyone with the bedrooms and full private baths located on each side of the apartment, separated by the great room with sitting area and the kitchen.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, also with an orthopedic mattress.

For your indoor enjoyment, there is a small but growing library and a music system with several CD’s and MP3’s. If you wish to stay in contact with the rest of the world, there is a telephone for local calls, and by Christmas 2009, WiFi, high speed internet connection will be available.

Outdoors, the six apartments of the complex share all the amenities: the custom built charcoal BBQ, the rancho with shaded seating, the kidney shaped pool which is the largest, privately owned pool in the area, the lounge chairs by the pool, and the very private and lush garden which is hidden from public view by tall walls and fencing. The laundry room with washer and dryer, free for your use, is also shared by the six units of “Casa Banda”.

With a lower age limit for guests of 14, changing to 18 years by the start of 2010, you can be sure that within the walls of “Casa Banda” you will have all the peace and quiet that nature allows you.

Within walking distance: LaGarta Lodge, Serafina Restaurant, La Luna, Olga’s, Pancho’s Market Surf Shop and Mexican Restaurant, Monkey Quad Rentals, the fish market at Playa Pelada…..and Playa Pelada!!

Trucks with fruits/vegetables and baked goods come through the area each week. Car or ATV will allow for exploring and more shopping, but are not imperative for daily living.

Smoking inside is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on the property.
