BEST LOCATION: Refuge/beachfront on the surfer’s path to Guiones Beach. From this location, you can walk to many restaurants, the 2 mini super markets, the Frog Pad/internet café where you can rent movies, the bank and a variety of stores including Robin’s famous home made ice cream and sorbet. Our street dead ends with only foot and bicycle paths to the beach and paralleling the beach, so it is – a quiet area. Parking is below the house.

ELEVATED: Living area is 12ft above ground so you are up in the canopy of trees with monkeys, birds, butterflies, iguanas and gorobos and more – on parade.

REFRESHING POOL: 17 ft. x 7 ft. by 3 ft deep and elevated so it is level with the terrace – Inviting you to roll into the water anytime you desire.

ART GALLERY INTERIOR: Large original paintings and art work cover most walls, with furnishings of decorative hardwood and bamboo – even the floor is a hand painted work of art.

SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH: Bedroom opens onto the Terrace and pool area. Queen size bed with headboard made from a double Guanacaste tree. Air-conditioning. The bathroom has hardwood counters with double sinks. Shower under a large skylight surrounded by tropical plants – almost like being outdoors. There is a second bathroom off the dining area, with a full shower.

DINING AREA: Spacious handcrafted hardwood dining table with skylight above. Experience the glow of the moon and stars as you dine. There is a smaller table on the terrace for more casual eating.

HUGE KITCHEN: Look out thru large windows toward the mountains – where you can often watch a storm move towards you. There is a large center island with electric stove and a separate pantry cabinet. All in rich hardwoods. Two refrigerators, microwave, extra large toaster oven, and dishwasher, washer and dryer. Hardwood cabinets are fully supplied with everything needed in a kitchen.

LIVING – ENTERTAINMENT ROOM: Television with DVD and VHF player, music center with CD, Cassette and radio, WiFi. Most lighting is on dimmer switches – encouraging a soft romantic atmosphere at night.
