Every thing is on one level and all rooms have air conditioning. Amenities include:washer and dryer,tv,dvd player, and high speed wireless internet. This wonderful home is furnished with all of the necessities needed for your stay.

The housekeeper and gardner come once weekly and additional housekeeping and cooking can be arranged.

The paradise pelada beach is just a short 250 meter walk through the wild life refuge that is home to the howler monkeys, iguanas, many tropical birds and turtles. The guiones surfing beach, La Luna and Olgas restaurant are assessable from pelada as is the nosara river at low tide where kayaking boat trips or fishing on the river or ocean. ATVs can be rented near to Casa Nomi as well.
